WAKaushi- 1/8 American WAKaushi Wagyu BEEF Share- PRICE BASED OFF CARCASS WEIGHT

Derived from a unigue crossbreeding of traditional Japanese Wagyu cattle and WAKaushi Angus, our Pure Country American Wagyu offers a harmonious balance of tenderness and flavor.

Raised on a small-scale here at Pure Country Farms, these cattle are provided with ample space to roam and graze freely.  They are fed a specially formulated diet that includes our high-quality NON-GMO grains, resulting in the incomparable marbling and flavor profile that American Wagyu is known for.

Your 1/8 American Wagyu Beef Share will be comprised of succulent Ribeye Steaks, Tender Filet Mignons (Tenderloin), New York Steaks, tender Cubed Steaks, Juicy Stir Fry/Fajita Strips, melt in your mouth Stew Meat, a combination of succulent Beef Roasts such as Chuck Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Round Roast, some Brisket Bites (we take the Brisket and cut in small cubes that you can easily smoke or slow cook with your favorite seasoning!), and TASTY Ground Beef

Each share will be as evenly distributed as possible BUT because there may be a few variations due to a beef only having 2 tri-tips, 2 skirt steaks, 2 Flank Steaks which when cut in shares do not amount to much!  So the shares will be a little different from each other - BUT all evenly distributed according to end boxed weight.  

**FRIENDLY REMINDER- you are not charged by the boxed meat end weight- you are charged by the CARCASS WEIGHT, if you want to pick and choose which cuts you get then you will have to order those cuts separately at RETAIL PRICE which could range from $8.99/lb. for Ground Beef all the way up to $100/lb. depending on the cut (such as Ribeye's for example).
